Thoughtful spending – $ – 292.75 Some thoughtful and not so thoughtful spending today. Drove into work so I paid for parking and lunch. Paid my insurance bill. Took R out for dinner because he’s been working super hard the past couple of weeks. We went to our favorite sushi place – Akimi. Then it was off to Half-Price Books. I bought several used movies for just under $6 a piece and also got a couple of books that looked interesting.

The stupid purchase of the day was for the makings of Long Island Ice Teas at the Liquor Store… Sometimes something sounds good, but when you actually have it, you don’t react to it the way you expected.

20 minutes of house work – Dishes washed, picked up newspapers and put in new bin.

Prayer – No

Self Care
Do something nice for me – Cuddle with my honey.
Don’t Procrastinate – unpacked the stuff I received in the mail.

Notes:
Foul mood all afternoon. I couldn’t wait to get out of work today. Feel better now that I’m at home and doing stuff around the house. Made the mistake of getting drink mixing for Long Island Iced Teas. That stuff might have been fine when I was in college, but it knocked me for a loop as a 41 year old woman. I doubt I’ll be touching alcohol again anytime soon.
