Exercise – None

5 servings of veggies – yes
2-3 servings of whole grains and legumes – no
Drink at least 64 oz of water a day – no
Sleep – 10 hours of very sound sleep – although there was about a 2 hour gap in the middle.

Home
Thoughtful spending – $37- Went to World Market and got some silverware for the office so that I won’t be using plastic all the time. Also went to shipleys and got a kolache and then McDonalds for lunch. Also went to Barnes and Noble to get some books on WordPress so I have a better understanding of how this software works.

20 minutes of house work – Another YES – spent a couple hours working on re-arranging the living room. Didn’t get as much done as I wanted, but that was for a good reason.

Spiritual
Bible Reading – yes
Prayer – yes

Creativity
Photography Related – yes – organized some pictures on flickr.
Daily Writing – Yes – Read a couple chapters in the new books I got about blogging. Also wrote “One Tenth Finished

Self Care
Do something nice for me – Spent a good 3.5 hours chatting with my friend Lisa who stopped by to pick up the desk I was getting rid of. We haven’t had a visit like that in a long time.

Don’t Procrastinate – Got up first thing and went into Houston to get the phones I forgot at work.

Notes:
A good day. A little hard on myself about forgetting the phones as work and having to go into Houston to get them. Had a really good visit with Lisa this afternoon and R took me out to dinner at Mogul (Indian food YUM).
