A Really Good Day

Posted on March 19, 2009. Filed under: Daily Summary |

This day has been a really good day for the most part. I got up this morning and got to work early enough to finish packing for the move to the cube farm at work. Then it was off to a class called “Communicating with Tact and Diplomacy” at work, which was taught by Peggy Morrow.

Peggy is a lot of fun and obviously enjoys teaching other’s what she knows about customer service and how to communicate better with others (whether they be customers or co-workers). She uses her workshop in such a way that you actually get to work through real examples and come away with an action plan to improve you communication with others. I can’t recommend her classes enough!

I just found out that I sold 11 t-shirts in my cafepress store!!!! Holy Moly!!!!

Except for the rear tire going flat on the car, this has been a most excellent day!
